Now, with the addition of time stamps to Zillow® rental listings, renters searching Zillow will be able to easily see exactly how long a listing has been on the market, either on the desktop or on the Zillow Rentals Apple® iOS mobile app.

In addition to sorting available rentals by time on market, renters can also search and sort listings by price, bedrooms, neighborhood, and amenities like air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and pet policy. Zillow also offers renters the ability to create Saved Searches, which alert renters instantly, either on their mobile phone or by email, when a rental that matches their search criteria hits the market.
