General Stats

• Traffic-- An average of 8.3 million users have visited Zillow each month this year, up 60% from a year earlier.
• Engagement-- 1.75 million homeowners have claimed their homes on Zillow and 11.8 million homes have edited home facts.
• Proliferation--  Over 57 million U.S. homes have been viewed on Zillow – that’s more than 60% of all homes in the country. In some cities, more than 90% of all homes that exist have been viewed on Zillow-- San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston and Seattle.
• Users-- 90% of Zillow users own a home, and two-thirds are either actively buying or selling, or plan to within 12-24 months
