• Zillow Android App: Zillow announces the launch of the free Zillow Android App, now available in the Android Market. In addition to Zestimates and data on 95 million homes, users can find millions of homes for sale, homes for rent, Make Me Move listings and recently sold homes. • Zillow iPhone App: Zillow announces an update to the free Zillow® iPhone App, with new features that allow users to easily share homes using social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, home shoppers can now search and find homes for rent along with homes for sale, recently-sold homes and Make Me Move® listings. • Homeowner Confidence Survey: According to the Zillow Q4 Homeowner Confidence Survey, American homeowners’ confidence in their own homes’ values during the fourth quarter fell to the lowest level in seven quarters, with just one in five (20 percent) believing their own homes’ values increased during 2009. • Real Estate Market Reports: Zillow recently released its fourth quarter Real Estate Market Reports for the nation and 143 metropolitan areas. While 2009 brought some stabilization in home values to the country, the latter part of the year saw this momentum flowing out of the market.
