National real estate franchisor signs up for Zillow® Listings Feed program

SEATTLE and COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading real estate Web site Zillow.com and real estate powerhouse Real Living today announced a partnership to feed 14,000 listings from Real Living to Zillow.com on a daily basis. The signing of this agreement initiates Real Living's participation in Zillow's Listings Feed program, which allows Real Living agents to automatically gain free marketing exposure for their listings on one of the most-visited real estate sites in the country. Zillow attracts approximately four million users per month, two-thirds of whom are in the market to buy or sell currently, or plan to be in the near future.

Real Living's commitment to pioneering new business solutions led to their decision to dynamically upload all property listings from the RealLiving.com Web site to Zillow.com on a daily basis. Each listing will include a description of the property with multiple photos and contact information for the listing agent and Real Living, which will provide real estate agents with free marketing exposure for their listings while enhancing the search experience for Zillow users. Through the Real Living listings hosted on Zillow, consumers will find links back to the Real Living Web site where they can find more information and connect with a sales associate to guide them through the home buying and selling experience.

The Zillow Listings Feed program allows brokerages and other listings providers to post for-sale listings directly to the site in a bulk feed, giving the homes a virtual for-sale sign for free on Zillow.com -- the site that 54 percent of buyers say they used in their real estate search (1). For enhanced exposure, individual agents can create a free profile page with photos, contact information and more details about the individual agent, linked directly from each listing.
